SDF launches campaign in Deir ez-Zur

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced the start of a campaign in the town of Deir ez-Zur.


On Thursday, the troops said in a statement which PUKmedia obtained a copy of: “Troops arrested 20 terrorists and confiscated large amounts of weapons and ammunition during the campaign in the vicinity of the town of Shuhail, west of the Euphrates River.”


The statement added that the operation also resulted in the detection of some bunkers and tunnels used by terrorists to launch attacks in addition to the confiscation of quantities of arms and ammunition.
