Shwan Atuf’s ‘Paykari Dil’ movie is done

The renowned Kurdish actor and director, Shwan Atuf has done producing his movie and at the moment, preparations are being done for the movie to be shown in Kurdistan and Iraq’s cinemas.


About the movie, Shwan Atuf said “Paykari Dil’s movie is my first genuine movie production which is produced by KAM Production and Metronome Production.”


The movie’s scenario and production is by Shwan Atuf, story by Abdul Ghafar Abdula, scenario is done by Luqman Sukhandar and was rewritten again by Shwan Atuf.


Atuf explained “The movie is the first Kurdish musical movie and it is a romance, comedy movie.”


He added “This will be new phase in Kurdish cinema’s history; we have put everything into producing this movie.” 


Shwan Atuf points out that his movie’s production is done and will be shown by the end of April and at the beginning of May in Kurdistan and Iraq’s cinemas, afterwards the movie will be sent to the national and international festivals.
