Preparations to commemorate the martyrs of Anfal

On Sunday, the head of the Garmian administration, Salah Kwekha held a meeting with heads of government departments and organizations working in the area of genocide in Garmian to prepare for the commemoration of the infamous Anfal crimes.


During the meeting, the Head of Garmian Administration said: The Ministry of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs has requested to send plans, demands and requirements to commemorate the Anfal crimes by the administration of Garmian within a week, pointing out that a high commission was set up to prepare the decrees.


Salah Kwekha called on all government departments in Garmian to work together in accordance with the tasks entrusted to them to ensure the success of the tasks of the Supreme Preparatory Committee and to organize large ceremonies to commemorate the Anfal martyrs.


The main decree for the commemoration of the Anfal is scheduled to take place in the village of Dibneh, Rizgari district, within the borders of Garmian administration.
