ISIS kidnaps 5 people west of Anbar

ISIS terrorists have kidnapped 5 people south of Haditha district, west of Anbar province, and this is the third time for such incident to happen in several days.

A security source said: "ISIS terrorists have kidnapped six civilians who went to harvest truffles and they are from Haditha district in the warehouses area.

He added: One of the civilians managed to escape and flee from the terrorists.

The source pointed out that the security forces and tribes set up dirt screens to prevent civilians from entering the depth of the Sahara in anticipation of those areas to be under the control of terrorist groups.

This is the third time that this kind of incident occurs in Anbar province since last Thursday after the ISIS terrorists kidnapped five people from the district of Rawa while they were picking truffles in the village of Madham, west of Anbar, and the kidnapping of 3 youths from Haditha district west of the province while picking truffles, and also in Madham village, located between Hīt and Haditha.
