     YPG member killed in Qamishli

The city of Qamishli in western Kurdistan, witnessed yesterday violent clashes between Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) and the Syrian regime forces after the killing of one of the YPG members by those forces in downtown the city.
According to well- informed sources, fighters loyal to the Syrian regime opened fire on one of the YPG members near the municipal stadium in downtown Qamishli and led to his martyrdom.
Following that, YPG fighters and Asaish (Security) elements were deployed in the area, after that a loud exchange of heavy fire from various types of light and medium weapons was heard, a source told PUKmedia.
