On Wednesday, a health specialist revealed the most prominent symptoms of the new sub-mutant of Omicron, known as Omicron BA5.
Pharmacist, Osama al-Ani, told PUKmedia that the most prominent symptom of the sub-mutant from Omicron is night sweats.
He continued that the rest of the symptoms are the same as the symptoms of Covid-19, which are: runny nose, sore throat, persistent headache, persistent cough, fatigue, and body weakness.
"Headache and cough are normal symptoms and will likely continue for a longer period," he added.
Ani called on citizens to receive the anti-Coronavirus vaccine while adhering to preventive measures such as wearing a mask, wearing gloves, sterilizing hands, and staying away from crowded and closed places.
