Kurdistan Region records 862 new Covid cases, 179 recoveries

Kurdistan Region recorded 862 new positive cases of coronavirus during the past 24 hours, raising the total number to 445,911 in the region. 

The Health Ministry said on Wednesday that there have been 0 death cases from the coronavirus during the day, and the death toll settled at 7,453.

It also said that 179 people recovered during the day, bringing the total recoveries from the disease to 432,094.

The Health Ministry, as usual, thanked the efforts of all health workers, calling on citizens to adhere to health instructions and to contact the hotline "122" for any emergency.
