Qubad Talabani congratulates Kaka'is on 'Three Nights Feast'

The Deputy Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region, Qubad Talabani, congratulated the Kaka’is on the occasion of the Three Nights Feast (Yarani Qawltas).

In his congratulatory message, Talabani said, "our Kaka'i brothers and sisters in the Kurdistan Region and the world, on the occasion of the arrival of the Three Nights Feast (Yarani Qawltas), I extend my warmest congratulations to you and wish you a happy holiday."

"The Kaka'is are an important and authentic part of our nation, and they have always made peace and acceptance of the other their main message in life," he added, stressing that Kaka'is "had an impressive role in the revolution and struggle of our nation."

Talabani continued, "we affirm that protecting religious and civil rights and freedoms is our priority."
