Kurdistan Region records 1,002 new Covid cases, 1,393 recoveries

Kurdistan Region has recorded 1,002 new positive cases of coronavirus during the past 24 hours, raising the total number to 357,313 in the region. 

The Health Ministry said on Monday at there have been 23 death cases from the coronavirus during the day, bringing death toll to 6,308. 

It also said that 1,393 people recovered during the day, bringing the total recoveries from the disease to 335,858. 

The Health Ministry, as usual, thanked the efforts of all health workers, calling on citizens to adhere to health instructions, and to contact the hotline "122" for any emergency.
