Iraqi forces seize weapons, explosives from ISIS den in Anbar

On Wednesday, the Security Media Cell announced the seizure of weapons and explosives from ISIS terrorist gangs in the Anbar desert.

The Security Media Cell stated, "The Iraqi Intelligence and Investigation Agency in the Ministry of Interior carried out a search operation in a den of ISIS terrorist gangs in Anbar desert which according to accurate information stored several weapons and bombs, for carrying out some of their criminal acts."

"This den was raided by the Iraqi Intelligence and Investigation Agency, and in coordination with the Anbar Governorate Police Command, several stored and usable weapons and RBG7 grenades were found," the media cell continued.

The media cell also affirmed that measures were taken with the seized materials.
