Kurd wins Bronze Medal for Qatar

Ahmed Muhammad Abdul-Jabbar, the top player in the Qatar team, won the Bronze Medal in the Arab Table Tennis Championship.
Ahmad was born in Doha, the capital of Qatar, to Iraqi Kurdish parents who have been living in Qatar for more than 20 years.
He has been the only Kurd studying at the Aspire Academy, the biggest sports academy for teaching athletes. He is known as one of the top students at the academy.
Ahmad plays table tennis and he is a pro player in the Qatari Gharafa club.
At the finals of the Arab championship, which was held in Jordan, Ahmad was able to win third place with the Bronze Medal for his team.
