Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo, sparked a lot of controversy through the media and social networking sites after he removed bottles of Coca-Cola from his eyes during a press conference.

And the “Daily Mail” website stated that Ronaldo, during his press conference, which he held before his team’s match with Hungary in the framework of the European Nations Cup, had removed two bottles of “Coca-Cola”.

“Drink water,” Ronaldo said while he was doing this movement, indicating that these soft drinks have many health disadvantages, as mentioned by many nutrition and medical experts.

The Portuguese star’s behavior may lead to a crisis, given that Coca-Cola is one of the most important official sponsors of the Euro 2020 tournament, as under contracts it must be promoted during press conferences held by coaches and players before and after the matches.

The Madeira missile was famous for his hatred of soft drinks in general, and he used to attack them in many of his talks and media meetings. On one occasion he told a Portuguese newspaper: “I don’t know if my son will become a good football player, sometimes he drinks soft drinks and eats potato chips despite Knowing that bothers me so much.”

He added: “Sometimes I tell him after he does these things to jump into the cold water after playing so that he recovers better, but he says it’s too cold for him. But it’s okay, he is only 10 years old.”

On the other hand, the 36-year-old “Don” refused to reveal his future after many media reports spoke of his desire to leave the Italian club “Juventus” after spending two years with him, and a year before the expiration of his contract with the “old lady”.

He continued, “What will limit me this summer will be the best,” refusing to reveal more details.

Some sources had talked about Ronaldo’s desire to leave to France to play with Paris Saint-Germain, who may have to sell his young star, Kylian Mbappe, especially since the latter has so far refused to renew his contract and hints at his desire to play for Real Madrid.
