920 displaced people returned to their areas of residence
The Ministry of Transport announced on Sunday, September 15, 2019, the return of more than 920 displaced people from the camps in Hammam al-Alil, south of Mosul city to their original areas during the past three days in coordination with the Ministry of Displacement and Migration.
A statement from the Ministry of Transport said "The company's staff in the hubs of operations has been able to return more than 920 displaced through its buses from the sheltering camps in the area of Hamam al-Alil to their places of origin in (Kirkuk, Tikrit, Jadda, and Badoush area)."
"These efforts come within the role of the Ministry of Transport in the High Committee for the Resettlement of the displaced and in line with the directives of the Presidency of the Ministers for the resettlement of the displaced," the statement added.
