Seminar on Article 140 in Washington

The Kurdish Institution in Washington and the Kurdish National Conference in northern America in collaboration with the Pennsylvania University Academic Program concerning the ethnic struggle, held a seminar on Article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution concerning normalization of Kirkuk and the disputed areas.
All attendants of the Seminar agreed to the necessity of the implementation Article 140 because it represents the wish and will of the majority of Iraqi People.
A number of the participants warned that no-implementation the forementioned Article may have bad effects on Iraq’s interests, security and stability.
